On behalf of Khairul and Lyana, I wish to convey the message and intentions of the couple to invite all of you to both their akad nikah ceremony and walimatul urus which fall on the 6th and 7th of March 2009. I assume most of you would have received your invitation cards or they are on the way. This announcement is just a detailed program of what is going to happen on both days. You and your partners’ presence will be greatly appreciated by the couple.
6th March 2009, Friday
Akad Nikah Ceremony
8.00pm
Everyone needs to be at Lyana’s place before 8pm.
Either pray Maghrib at Khairul’s place before following the procession to Lyana’s place.
OR
Meet at Lyana’s place directly.
Photo-taking and reception after ceremony.
7th March 2009, Saturday
Walimatul Urus
1.00pm
Everyone meets at Khairul’s place as stated in his invitation card.
At 2.00pm, the Kompang group will arrive.
Everyone proceed to take the chartered bus to accompany Khairul to Lyana’s place.
Reception at Lyana’s place.
Accompany bride and groom back to Khairul’s place.
